WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 -- UPHILL CONSTRUCTION, Greenwood, Mississippi, won a sole source federal contract award for $2,799,222 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis, Tennessee, for the repair of a long shallow slide along the landside levee slope of the Little River Headwater diversion levee. The place of performance will be in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
