WASHINGTON, July 15 -- LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, Broomfield, Colorado, won a federal contract award for $252,936 from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, for a 10GB wave service between Bldg. 2700, Rm.
