WASHINGTON, June 16 -- The U.S. Army issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on June 8, 2022. SIG SAUER INC., Newington, New Hampshire, was awarded a $157,300,000 firm-fixed-price contract (W15QKN-22-D-0019) for the production of .300 Norma Magnum M1163 ball ammunition and .338 NM armor piercing M1162 cartridges. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Newark, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.[DODBT] . . .
