WASHINGTON, April 22 -- SCITECH SERVICES, Havre De Grace, Maryland, won a share of a federal contract award valued at up to $869,061,571 from the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, for Scientific, Technical, Engineering and Program Support Services.
