WASHINGTON, April 22 -- ARCTOS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, Dayton, Ohio, won a share of a federal contract award valued at up to $869,061,571 from the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, for Scientific, Technical, Engineering and Program Support Services.
