WASHINGTON, Feb. 1 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Jan. 27, 2022:

GILBANE-EXYTE, a Joint Venture, Providence, Rhode Island, was awarded a $278,582,129 firm-fixed-price contract (W912WJ-22-C-0002) for the construction of an advanced compound semiconductor laboratory/microsystem integration facility at Hanscom Air Force Base.

Work will be performed in Bedford, Massachusetts.
