WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- The U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Dec. 13, 2021:

HUNTINGTON INGALLS INC. - INGALLS SHIPBUILDING, Pascagoula, Mississippi, is awarded a $70,866,327 not-to-exceed, undefinitized contract (N00024-20-C-2437) action for long lead time material (LLTM) in support of one amphibious assault ship replacement (LHA(R)) Flight 1 Ship (LHA 9).
