THALLE CONSTRUCTION, Hillsborough, North Carolina, was awarded a $166,849,138 firm-fixed-price contract (W912P5-21-C-0015) for the construction of downstream monoliths and associated features for the Kentucky Lock in Grand Rivers, Kentucky.
