WASHINGTON, Aug. 31 -- The U.S. Navy's Office of Naval Research issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Aug. 27, 2021:

THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI-KANSAS CITY, Kansas City, Missouri, was awarded a $39,489,484 cost reimbursement contract (N00014-21-C-1049) for the Pulsed Tactical Effector for Regulated Attack.
