WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- The U.S. Navy's Office of Naval Research issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Aug. 18, 2021:

MZA ASSOCIATES, Albuquerque, New Mexico, was awarded an $18,697,835 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00014-21-C-1116) for the counter unmanned aerial vehicle high energy laser weapon system.

Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico (80%); and Dayton, Ohio (20%).
