WASHINGTON, July 1 -- HEARING ERGONOMICS & ACOUSTICS RESOURCES, Fairfax Station, Virginia, won a federal contract award for $174,945 from the U.S. Navy, Arlington, Virginia, for R&D effort that will deploy three prototypes of a system developed under a previous Office of Naval Research grant, Portable Auditory Localization Acclimation-Test to get user feedback, collect data and evaluate training effectiveness of the system.
