WASHINGTON, June 13 -- The U.S. Army Contracting Command issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on June 10, 2021:

FULCRUM CONCEPTS LLC, Mattaponi, Virginia, was awarded a $9,536,937 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (W911W6-21-C-0041) for the development, integration and testing of the Modular Effects Launcher.
