WASHINGTON, June 6 -- The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on June 3, 2021:

BLACK RIVER SYSTEM CO., INC., Utica, New York, has been awarded an $11,967,412 cost-plus-fixed-fee type contract (FA8750-21-C-1505) for Cognitive Algorithms for Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Contested and Degraded Environments (CASCADE) software and hardware prototype.
