FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 26 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a temporary parking license agreement between Kentucky Utilities Company (KU) and North American Stainless (NAS), allowing NAS to use a parking lot at KU's Ghent Power Generating Station as a lay-down area for construction equipment. The decision, documented in Case No. 2025-00016, facilitates NAS's installation of a large gantry crane at its nearby melt shop.
