Kentucky PSC Approves Fuel Adjustment Charges for 16 Electric Cooperatives
FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 25 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved the fuel adjustment clause (FAC) charges and credits applied by 16 rural electric cooperatives for the period of May 1, 2023, through October 31, 2023. The decision, made under Case No. 2024-00150, concludes an electronic examination of the cooperatives' FAC applications.
The PSC initiated the review on August 2, 2024, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, to ensure that the cooperatives' fuel cost recovery practice
