BOISE, Idaho, Jan. 25 -- The Idaho Education Association issued the following news: State Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra formally proposed a 5.3% increase in K-12 public school funding for the 2020-2021 school year during her presentation to the Joint Finance and Appropriations Committee (JFAC) Thursday morning.
