Vt. U.S. Attorney: Craig Cowles Pleads Not Guilty to Tax Evasion Charges
BURLINGTON, Vermont, Oct. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Vermont issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney for the District of Vermont announced that Craig Cowles, 51, of Richmond, pleaded not guilty today in United States District Court in Burlington to tax-related fraud charges. U.S. Magistrate Judge John M. Conroy released Cowles on conditions pending trial, which has not been scheduled.

BURLINGTON, Vermont, Oct. 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Vermont, Christina E. Nolan, issued the following news release:
The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont stated that Jennifer Dwyer, 49, of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, pled guilty today in federal court to one count of wire fraud involving the embezzlement of approximately $2.2 million over a ten-year period from her Lyndonville employer, Northeast Agriculture Sales, Inc.
