Scott for the NRC to discontinue, and for Vermont to assume, regulatory authority over certain radioactive materials in the state. BURLINGTON, Vermont, June 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Vermont issued the following news release: The United States Attorney for the District of Vermont announced that Louise Larivee, 60, of Swanton, pleaded not guilty today in United States District Court in Burlington to federal fraud charges.
