FCC Announces Streamlined Process for Universal Service Administrative Actions
WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has implemented a streamlined process for handling requests related to decisions made by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). This new system aims to expedite the resolution of requests for review, waiver, and reconsideration. Under the new guidelines, the FCC's Wireline Competition Bureau will categorize these requests as "Requests" and will either grant, dismiss, or deny them based on established procedures. Pa  more
