COLUMBUS, Ohio - The U.S. military's premier Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command trained Sept. 16 - 20 with nearly 300 personnel from 52 Federal, state, local and private industry partners during "Exercise Toxic Buckeye" in Ohio and West Virginia.

W.Va. U.S. Attorney: North Carolina Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Trafficking
MARTINSBURG, West Virginia, Oct. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Phillip Scott Barnette, 41, of High Point, North Carolina, was sentenced to 200 months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine base.
According to court documents, Barnette, also known as "E-Lo," worked with others to sell methamphetamine in Falling Waters

W.Va. U.S. Attorney: Randolph County Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Charge
ELKINS, West Virginia, Oct. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Donald Ray Cantrell, Jr., 48, of Mill Creek, West Virginia, was sentenced to 188 months in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, Cantrell was on supervised release after serving time for a drug charge. U.S. Probation officers searched Cantrell's home during a visit, found
