MARTINSBURG, West Virginia, Oct. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Phillip Scott Barnette, 41, of High Point, North Carolina, was sentenced to 200 months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine base.
