OAK RIDGE, Tennessee, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory issued the following news release:
"The neutron data clearly show that the glutamate, which is an acid, has the proton on it," said co-author Robert Phillips, a professor of chemistry at the University of Georgia.
