NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Sept. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee issued the following news release:

Josiah Ernesto Garcia, 23, of Toledo, Ohio, formerly of Hermitage, Tennessee, has pleaded guilty to federal charges after meeting with an undercover FBI agent to finalize a deal to murder an individual for payment, announced United States Attorney Henry C.
