WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, introduced the "Modernizing Retrospective Regulatory Review Act" on May 23, 2024. The text of the bill was released on July 19.
S. 4434. A bill to improve retrospective reviews of Federal regulations, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
