BOSTON, Massachusetts, Aug. 11 -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration's New England Division issued the following news release on Aug. 10, 2023:
A Vermont man was sentenced yesterday in federal court in Boston for being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition.
Dominick Bailey, 57, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton to 87 months in prison and three years of supervised release. Bailey pleaded guilty in December 2021.
