WILMINGTON, Delaware, May 13 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware, David C. Weiss, issued the following news release on May 12, 2023:
A federal grand jury returned an indictment yesterday charging a Wilmington man with possession of over a kilogram of cocaine with intent to distribute it.
