BLS: Employment Up in 42 States From March 2022 to March 2023
WASHINGTON, May 3 (TNSrep) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following document from Economics Daily: Over the year from March 2022 to March 2023, nonfarm payroll employment increased in 42 states and was essentially unchanged in 8 states and the District of Columbia. The largest percentage increase occurred in Nevada (+5.0 percent, an increase of 73,000), followed by Florida (+4.5 percent) and Texas (+4.3 percent). Employment also increased by at least 3.0  more
