WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (H.R. 9514) to "amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow for the inclusion of additional expenses in dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs)." Rep. Sewell Introduces Bill to Establish American Worker Retirement Plan
WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Rep. Terri A. Sewell, D-Ala., has introduced legislation (H.R. 9462) to "establish the American Worker Retirement Plan, improve the financial security of working Americans by facilitating the accumulation of wealth." The bill was introduced on Dec. 8 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Lloyd Smucker, R-Pa., Adrian Smith, R-Neb., and Carol Miller, R-W.Va. Sen. Capito Introduces Bill on Coverage of Prescription Digital Therapeutics Under Medicaid
WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 5238) to "require the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to provide guidance regarding coverage of prescription digital therapeutics under Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program."
