WASHINGTON, May 29 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following news release: Nuclear Regulatory Commission officials in King of Prussia, Pa., have selected Scott Rutenkroger as the new senior resident inspector at the Peach Bottom nuclear power plant.
