ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 16 -- Arrowhead Center, Las Cruces, New Mexico, has been assigned a patent (No. 10,202,208, initially filed Jan. 26, 2015) developed by two co-inventors for a "high control authority variable speed control moment gyroscopes."
