ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 25 -- BASF, Ludwigshafen, Germany, has been assigned a patent (8,038,975) developed by Lars Wittenbecher, Mannheim, Germany, and Reinhold Goth, Ludwigshafen, Germany, for a "process for preparing crystalline hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid."
