ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 11 -- BASF, Ludwigshafen, Germany, has been assigned a patent (8,012,602) developed by four co-inventors for an electroluminescent device. The co-inventors are Thomas Schafer, Basel, Switzerland, Patrice Bujard, Courtepin, Switzerland, Jonathan Rogers, White Plains, N.Y., and Kristina Bardon, Waldshut, Germany.
