The co-inventors are Jurgen Pawlik, Battenberg, Germany, Oemer Uensal, Mainz, Germany, Thomas Schmidt, Frankfurt, Germany, Christoph Padberg, Wiesbaden, Germany, and Glen Hoppes, Frankfurt, Germany.
