North Carolina, Maryland Inventors Develop Directional Sound Environment Production System

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 3 -- Frederick Vosburgh of Durham, N.C., and Walter C. Hernandez of Potomac, Md., have developed a sound signal generating method.
