ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, has been assigned a patent (9,458,213) developed by three co-inventors for "compositions and methods for diagnosing prostate cancer based on detection of SLC45A3-ELK4 fusion transcript." The co-inventors are Mark A. Rubin, New York, Dorothee Pflueger, Zurich, and David S. Rickman, New York.
