General Electric Assigned Patent for System and Method for Improving Reactive Current Response Time in Wind Turbine

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- General Electric, Schenectady, New York, has been assigned a patent (9,458,830) developed by two co-inventors for a "system and method for improving reactive current response time in a wind turbine." The co-inventors are Sidney Allen Barker, Troutville, Virginia, and Einar Vaughn Larsen, Charlton, New York.
