ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- Momentive Performance Materials, Waterford, New York, has been assigned a patent (9,459,378) developed by four co-inventors for "hydrophilic silicone monomers, process for preparation thereof and thin films containing the same." The co-inventors are Anubhav Saxena, Bangalore, India, Shreedhar Bhat, Bangalore, India, Senthilkumar Umapathy, Bangalore, India, and Kenrick M. Lewis, Flushing, New York.
