ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- General Electric, Schenectady, New York, the University of Notre Dame Du Lac, Notre Dame, Indiana, and Purdue Research Foundation, Lafayette, Indiana, have been assigned a patent (9,460,485) developed by six co-inventors for "systems and methods for guided de-noising for computed tomography."
