ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- Xerox, Norwalk, Connecticut, has been assigned a patent (9,460,491) developed by two co-inventors for a "method for binary to contone conversion with non-solid edge detection." The co-inventors are Yingjun Bai, San Jose, California, and Xing Li, Webster, New York.
