ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- Harman International Industries, Stamford, Connecticut, has been assigned a patent (9,462,384) developed by two co-inventors for a "nomadic device for controlling one or more portable speakers." The co-inventors are Ravi Lakkundi, Bangalore, India, and Shyam Vedantam, Bangalore, India.
