ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- Nike, Beaverton, Oregon, has been assigned a patent (9,456,658) developed by two co-inventors for "sole structures and articles of footwear having plate moderated fluid-filled bladders and/or foam type impact force attenuation members." The co-inventors are Robert M. Bruce, Portland, Oregon, and Joshua P. Heard, Happy Valley, Oregon.
