ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- The U.S. Navy has been assigned a patent (9,457,900) developed by two co-inventors for a "multirotor mobile buoy for persistent surface and underwater exploration." The co-inventors are Kevin D. Jones, Seaside, California, and Vladmir N. Dobrokhodov, Seaside, California.
