ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- STC.UNM, Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been assigned a patent (9,461,112) developed by two co-inventors for "cubic phase, nitrogen-based compound semiconductor films." The co-inventors are Seung-Chang Lee, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Steven R.J. Brueck, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
