ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- Nike, Beaverton, Oregon, has been assigned two ornamental design patents (D767,871 and D767,870) developed by Eric P. Avar, Lake Oswego, Oregon, for an ornamental design for a shoe upper.
