ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- The U.S. Army has been assigned a patent (9,461,323) developed by three co-inventors for a "method for manufacturing a hydrogen fuel cell cartridge, hydrogen fuel cell cartridge, and hydrogen fuel cell system." The co-inventors are Tony M. Thampan, Bear, Delaware, Jonathan Novoa, North East, Maryland, and Terrill B. Atwater, Bel Air, Maryland.
