WASHINGTON, April 2 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Media Bureau has granted construction permits for two mutually exclusive Low Power FM (LPFM) radio stations in Fort Worth, Texas, to CPC of the WMM Forth Worth, TX - One, Inc. (CPC) and LGBTQ Saves (LS), under an involuntary time-sharing agreement. This decision, detailed in a letter released April 1, 2025, also denies LS's petition to deny CPC's application.
