WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a radio station application filed by Casa de Dios Atlanta Corp. (Casa) for a new low power FM (LPFM) station in Roswell, Georgia.
The FCC received an objection from Triangle Access Broadcasting, Inc. (Triangle), arguing that Casa did not meet the local eligibility requirements. The FCC investigated and agreed with Triangle's objection.
