ARLINGTON, Virginia, April 27 -- The National Grain and Feed Association issued the following statement on April 26, 2024:

Surface Transportation Board (STB) Chairman Martin Oberman announced today that he will retire from the Board on May 10. Chairman Oberman, who took office in January 2019, gave notice in November 2023 that he would not seek renomination to a second term and would depart the agency in early 2024.
