WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The U.S. Tax Court issued the following news release on April 25, 2024:
Chief Judge Kathleen Kerrigan announced that Charles Jeane assumed the duties as Clerk of the United States Tax Court effective April 19, 2024.
As Clerk, Mr. Jeane will have overall responsibility for managing the Court's administrative, procedural, and technical support for judges.
