COLUMBIA, South Carolina, Sept. 18 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina, M. Rhett DeHart, issued the following news release on Sept. 16, 2021:

Acting United States Attorney M. Rhett DeHart announced today that his office has resolved claims that Alpha Genomix Laboratories, Inc. paid unlawful kickbacks to Aiken Counseling Group, LLC to induce genetic testing referrals, from April 2015 through December 2016.
